For 3-initial monograms: Traditionally, the middle letter is the last (family) name. Sequence initials first, last, middle. Example: the monogram for Charles Kelly Morgan would be CMK as shown below.
All monogram letters are capitalized & they will be placed on the center of the box, unless otherwise instructed.
